English Speaking Customer Representative

Job description

In our office an experienced and inexperienced “Customer Representative” will be recruited to assist our customer portfolio, which consists entirely of foreigners, in the relevant language in line with their needs and to provide support services to our customers during their online transactions.

General Qualifications

  • Preferably a university graduate,
  • Good/advanced level of knowledge in the language specified in the advertisement applied,
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in the call center,
  • Fluent and effective communication skills on the phone. Able to use computer and office programs,
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • We are looking for teammates who are successful in human relations,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • Target-oriented,
  • High motivation and persuasion ability,
  • Can reflect the corporate culture
